Below are some of the frequently asked questions by new and existing residents. Please contact us for more information, to schedule a showing, or if you have other questions about life at the Los Gatos Creek Apartments.

  • 1. Where do I park?

    Each apartment home has an assigned parking space and ample street parking is available.

  • 2. What are the terms?

    We offer leases for periods ranging from 6 to 12 months.

  • 3. What is the pet policy?

    We allow cats and small dogs under 35 lbs. with a $300 pet deposit and $35 pet rent per month.

  • 4. How do I apply?

    You will need to complete an application and sign the rental criteria form. A processing fee will be required to begin processing the application.

  • 5. How long will it take to process?

    Once you have paid your application fee and completed the application we can generally complete the process within 48-72 hours.

  • 6. What are the office hours?

    Mon-Sat: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
    Sun: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • 7. What are the deposits?

    Deposit is $500.00 on approved credit.

  • 9. When is rent due?

    Rent is due on the 1st of every month.

  • 10. What if I am late with my rent?

    Rent is due on or before the 1st of every month and if you are late you will be required to pay an additional late fee of $100.00. Pay your rent online.

  • 11. How do I make a maintenance request?

    If the request is being made during office hours you will need to call the office at (408) 269-6112 and report the problem. You may also contact us online anytime.
